It is envisaged that you would be focused on successfully delivering projects and leading a team of engineers whilst playing a crucial role in shaping future projects and expanding there presence across Scotland.
Project Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the successful delivery of civil engineering projects.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to deliver project goals and objectives.
Coordinate team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure project schedules are met whilst helping to mentor and develop junior staff.
Contribute to the strategic growth of the Inverness office by actively engaging in marketing and networking activities.Ensure that all engineering designs and solutions adhere to industry standards and best practices. innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in civil engineering with experience of project leadership and supervision. Experience in the water or structural sector within Scotland is beneficial but all areas of expertise will be considered.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
