Job Description for Administrator**:
Opportunity to work within a growing logistics company in Redditch. Must be able to drive due to location not having public transport. They are friendly family run business; you would be part of a small supportive team with training provided.

Duties and Responsibilities for Administrator:

  • Update and use excel worksheets which consist of formulas and pivot tables.
  • Prioritize tasks according to urgency.
  • Confident over the phone, although this is not often if it resolves a query faster must have the initiative to do so.

Key skills and Attributes of Administrator:

  • Two years previous of administration preferable.
  • Ability to work within a team and support other team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel skills required

Benefits and further information for Administrator:

  • Working hours 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday with 1 hour lunch break
  • 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
