- Assisting the Utilities Manager in any reasonable tasks to achieveSafety, Environmental, Compliance, and Operationaltargets
- Support the operation during unplanned shuts ofhours, according to a rota previously agreed with the departmentmanager
- Ensure resources (internal & external) areassigned to complete projects promptly
- Conduct anddeliver regular reviews as to the current status of individualprojects
- During shuts assist the team with tasks,analysis, and corrective actions as required
- To assistin the deployment of Lean techniques throughout the site in alldepartments
- To undertake projects of improvement,extension, or modification of equipment in order to optimiseefficiency, reliability, and safety
- To maintain anddevelop your skills to keep up with the demands of changingtechnology, working practice, and flexible working and to assistwith the development and training ofcolleagues
- Degree in Chemical, Mechanical & ElectricalEngineering
- Excellent communication skills
