    We're looking for a Change Manager to join our Kier Transportation Rail team supporting our unique Oxford Station project based in Oxford.

    Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

    What will your responsibilities be?

    As Change Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Rail team, supporting them on our Oxford Station Phase 2 works, a truly multi-discipline station upgrade which will increase the station capacity by constructing an additional platform and associated track through the existing operational station.

    You will take responsibility for the management, compilation & negotiation of all change control requirements within the allocated project(s), within limits defined by the Commercial Manager, to fulfil the requirements of the Company in maximising quality of service and profitability.

    Your day to day will include:

    • Establish robust and accurate Commercial Change reporting and forecasting or the project(s) and agree, amend, and monitor the effectiveness this with the Project Director/Commercial Manager
    • Manage all aspects of change control, including internal and external requirements.
    • Manage the preparation of all interim valuations and final accounts relating to change control and work closely with the team to provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
    • Work alongside the commercial and operational team with particular interest in early identification of change and the impact this could have on the project.
    • Compile Project specific commercial issues for reporting and presentation at Client progress meetings

    What are we looking for?

    • Chartered or working towards chartership.
    • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
