As a Barclays Salesforce Platform Business Admin your role is for a Corporate Salesforce Platform Business Administrator, providing support to the Platform Lead.

You will be responsible for supporting platform governance and controls, cyber security, incidents/problem records and managing Corporate Related Keep the Lights on/BAU change, acting as a business analyst gathering business requirements, converting them into user stories, providing solution and managing technical developments through to testing and release.

Working Flexibly

What will you be doing?:


  • Defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements for initiatives which require Salesforce implementation
  • Engaging with business SMEs to gather requirements through workshops and user interviews
  • Providing clear and concise business requirements via User Stories
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of User Testing including Impact Investigation
  • Identifying/anticipating obstacles and analyze and propose resolutions
  • Understanding impact of proposed changes on business areas and processes

What we're looking for:


  • Proven experience in Salesforce Business Analysis in Financial Services industry (Front Office and Client Servicing Departments)
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with business and IT stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Broad understanding of a structured change environment, for example in Banking, financial services or with a Fintech
  • Understanding of Corporate Banking business

Skills that will help you in the role:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders at the same time
  • Salesforce Platform knowledge (desirable)
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving skills

Where will you be working?
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford.

The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command Centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations.
