- Review weekly bank reconciliations
- Post wholesale sales and COGS on SAP
- Ensure inventory is reconciled on monthly basis
- Process payroll journals
- Review and 1st approve the weekly payment runs
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial Reporting
- Maintain and leverage knowledge of accounting rules, policies and standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packs required by Fast Retailing Group, based in Japan
- Prepare annual statutory accounts
- Produce ad hoc analysis from time to time
- Liaise with auditors, external accountants, as well as tax and pension advisors
- Liaise with the payroll administrator on PAYE & P11Ds
- Knowledge and Experience using SAP would be an asset
- Familiarity with MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Strong IT skills, good understanding of data management essential
