THE COMPANY:

Our client is a global private banking corporation based in the City.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the central product and editorial teams to adapt and deliver grouporiginated marketing materials including investment ideas and investment guides to the UK RMs.
Ensure all new and existing materials are in line with FCA financial promotions regulations and the approvals from both the necessary partners in the UK and Group are evidenced appropriately.
As part of the financial promotion policy, support the portfolio management and advisory teams with spot checks of 'post review' publications including research publications, CIO Letters, Podcasts and Market Outlooks.
Be responsible for uploading investment marketing content to multiple communication channels, both internal and external.
Train team members on changes to financial promotions and marketing rules/guidelines.
Represent investment marketing at various governance and leadership meetings in the UK and at Grouplevel.
Build strong relationships with UK based relationship managers, Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers and Wealth Planners.
Build strong relationships with relevant teams; Branding and Communications, IWMS, including investment writers and publishers, in our Headquarters.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Financial promotions experience
A good understanding of Private Banking/Wealth Management sector.
Gaining the confidence and trust of colleagues and clients through honesty, integrity and authenticity
Building strong partnerships and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to meet shared objectives
