**Building Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Works
Full-time, Permanent role - £40-£47.5k + car / allowance

South East London / Kent**We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Building Surveyor to join a leading contactor within the social housing sector, working on a varied Planned Maintenance contract, including internal and external refurbishments.


We are looking for someone with a wide range of skills and experience including property surveying, energy & sustainability works, both internal and external, and a good understanding of construction and building.

Health and safety is of paramount importancein this role and you will be expected to demonstrate a good knowledge of Health and Safety and compliance at all times.

You will also require advanced knowledge of contract and housing law and will have previously worked in the Social Housing sector.


Influence is key in this role The ability to influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills is essential.
