Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN

This beautiful home is a purpose built 54 bed Nursing Home, in South Benfleet. The home offers 24-hour quality nursing care for older people and those with physical disabilities. There are also facilities for clients requiring rehabilitation and respite care. The home is situated in a quiet residential area.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN) within the Nursing Home involves:

Ensuring that the care, welfare and safety of all residents is of the highest possible standard

Carrying out assessments and evaluations

Create person-centred care plans and update accordingly

Liaising with external governing bodies and agencies

Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in record keeping, documentation and health and safety

Mentoring junior member of staff

Undertaking specific duties as delegated by the Home Manager
