IT Support Engineer
Dynamics 365 experience essential
Cambridge or Colchester
Salary £32,000 - £38,000
Hybrid (1 or 2 days a week from home)
Experience

  • Knowledge of ERP systems specifically dynamics 365 end user
  • Experience creating solutions and specification documents
  • Create business process maps
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to internal and remote users
  • Good knowledge of windows, 0ffice 365 and Azure

Responsibilities:


  • Liaise with their chosen MSP to support end users of the business onsite or remotely through hardware or software issues
  • Be the first point of contact for the MSP providing as an onsite resource
  • Assist with IT projects, implementations, and upgrades
  • Manage and maintain servers and network equipment
  • Document changes made to the system
