Litigation and Case Research Associate - BirminghamWe are currently working with a modern law firm that is at the cutting edge of litigation to find them a top class Commercial Litigator who has an excellent grasp of financial and economic knowledge.
They are looking for a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience but with a interest and desire to work on researching and building new Group Class Actions, analysing and constructing viable projects for the firm to develop.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director as part of a small but dynamic team of professionals, detailing and dissecting every element of potential new Group Class Actions.
You will have a good understanding of the financial implications and outcomes of potential projects and be able to present your findings on their feasibility.
Essential Skills for the role include:
A lawyer with at least 5+ PQE commercial litigation experienceMaths or Economic background or qualification preferredInterest and understanding of case buildingExcellent academics and qualificationsBright, Energetic, Collegiate and Efficient You will become part of a fantastic team with a positive company outlook and excellent career progression.
They offer a generous remuneration package with a substantial bonus and pension.You will be expected to work closely with the Manging Director, spending time each week at the office in Birmingham.
