Stakeholder management:

Identify stakeholders, analysis their expectations and influences and develop appropriate strategies to work with them in key project decisions and activities.


  • Prioritisation: Focus on managing the project portfolio to ensure that projects are successfully achieving valueadded deliverables using the Project Management Governance and Framework.

Description

  • Coordinate multifunctional projects and ensure project initiation, project milestones and project meetings are held with the correct key members at appropriate times across the life cycle of the project.
  • Create detailed work plans for assigned projects which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete each project.
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project and resolve any resource conflicts.
  • Ensure that the project deliverable are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

Profile

  • Project Management certification from a recognised certified body is desired.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Experience on working within a regulated industry.
  • Experience of working in diverse cultures.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Additional languages desirable not essential.
