Our client has helped a myriad of farmers and other ruralbusinesses operate in a more sustainable way by using renewable energy.

Contract Scotland has a great new opportunity for you.

Our client is looking to expand their team and knowledge with a new Site Manager to work on an exciting new project as a solar professional installing ground-mounted solar panels in Livingston.

Our client are experienced installers of Solar PV systems who offer a turnkey design, supply and installation services. Successfully helping farms and rural businesses across the central belt become more sustainable through their services.

Site Manager:
Your Duties will include

Daytoday site management.
Induction of the Contractors on site.
Site setup.
Maintaining quality control.
Overseeing the Contractors on site.
Assure that all work is carried out to company safety procedures.
Monitoring build costs and project progress.
Conducting health and safety inspections.
Create high morale for the workforce.
Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise on site.

Applicants must have the following:

A good knowledge of CDM.
SMSTS Qualified.
Updated CSCS card.
A full UK driving licence.
Civils background experience (renewable energy preferred but not essential).

What you can expect:

A spring start in March
Monday to Friday schedule (10hrs per day).
56 month duration dependant on programme
A competitive day rate.
