    Description

    My client, an FMCG start up, is looking for a Fractional Finance Director/CFO. The role can be anywhere from 2-3 days per week, for the right candidate they will pay up to £700 per day. The business is based in Manchester and you would be

    required to visit the office every 2 weeks.

    The role has a focus on overseeing all financial processes and providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure the businesses financial commitments are met. You will develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control and ensure accurate record-keeping and correct financial controls, resulting in a a successful year-end audit. This is all with a view to ensuring the finance stability, along with its long-term financial health and growth of the business.

    This is a highly visible role, interfacing with key business areas throughout the organisation. You will offer strategic support and implement all controls, processes and procedures to drive growth. You will be hands on and have experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

    You must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with a track record of implementing processes, management information and financial reporting.
