Job Description: Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is a well-known mortgage broker and network, renowned for winning over 200 awards in the past 5 years and experiencing continuous growth.

• Our successful mortgage broker and estate agency partner is searching for a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser due to ongoing expansion plans.

Operating from the prominent estate agency office network in Southampton, Chandlers Ford, and Alton, you will have access to a great lead source generated by the successful estate agency team in a highly desirable area, creating a thriving market for both the estate agency and brokers.

The compensation for this role will be competitive, around £30K on an employed basis, with uncapped earnings potential reaching OTE £60-70K. Moreover, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) and a day off on your birthday, alongside other fantastic company benefits.

• Applicants must hold CeMAP or equivalent qualifications to provide mortgage & protection advice, along with current or prior experience. We welcome applications from advisers interested in transitioning into a broker role, as long as they possess a strong sales orientation and a passion for mortgages & protection.
