Igloo are on the lookout for Panel Beaters to join our client's team in Christchurch on a permanent basis Our client is one of the UK's leading family-owned automotive maintenance and repair businesses, with operations throughout the south of England.

As a crucial member of the team, your role will revolve around the precise stripping and refitting of vehicle parts required for repairs.

• Report any additional parts needed to the Workshop Controller/Estimator.
• Complete check sheets at each stage.
• Execute repairs with precision according to job cards.
• Verify repair methods before implementation.
• Set up welding equipment following established repair methods.
• Use extraction equipment for safety.
• Accurately align all panels for seamless repairs.
• Apply correct fillers for precise repairs.
• Refer to the operations manual for repair systems and filler application.
• Maintain a clean work area, promptly reporting any equipment faults.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other departments for operational efficiency.
• Report and address problems promptly to the Workshop Controller.

• Must have your own tools.
• In-depth knowledge of car mechanics, bodywork, and frame repair skills.
• Strong manual skills with a focus on accuracy and precision.
