Our Head of Customer & Communities is a significant leadership role, both within our Operations Directorate and operating across the wider organisation.

The successful candidate will have the ultimate ownership of our relationships with our customers, whose voices are important in shaping all that we do.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will need to make a significant and effective contribution.

You will need to ensure that we are well positioned to achieve our vision, current and future business, and operational plans, along with our performance targets.

You will lead & develop a customer-centric culture, that permeates across our whole business and develop our social return on investment work, take ownership of the Customer Engagement Strategy.

The successful candidate will ensure that customers are at the heart of our service and that we have a fantastic reputation as a service provider.

This is a high-profile role, preparing Customer Committee and Board reports, liaising with senior external stakeholders. You will be expected to develop a strong external presence within both our communities and the sector.
