    A prominent Industrial & Commercial Fabrication Company is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the Contract Management function.

    Reporting to the Operations Director, the role involves effective management of commercial contracts, operational cost control, and fostering strong contract management behaviours.

    This role is ideal for an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record in overseeing contract management functions.

    The successful candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to build effective relationships, and a comprehensive understanding of commercial and legal aspects of contracts.

    Promote positive contract management behaviours to optimize gross margin potential and minimize contract risk.
    Manage project change control, contract management, and risk mitigation with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
    Review, develop, and implement contract management control measures, ensuring effective adherence to processes.
    Support internal audits and manage contract management non-conformities, implementing lessons learned processes.
    Conduct pre-contract reviews, highlighting risks, and negotiate optimal positions with the Commercial Director.
    UK Driving Licence
    Managing commercial contracts with a minimum of £10m commercial responsibility
    Strong legal contract knowledge
    Contract negotiation.

    Perm:
    circa£55k (negotiable - dependent on experience) + Car allowance.

    Hours:
    Full Time – Mon-Fri.
