    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Suffolk County Council (SCC) Waveney Home First team as a Team Leader, working from Hamilton House, Lowestoft.

  • Your role and responsibilities

    Your role is to manage a team of Reablement Support Workers, this includes regular team meetings, observations, supervisions and PDR. You will work closely with the Senior Reablement Support Workers to identify training/ learning needs of your staff.

  • Manage a team of Reablement Support Workers to deliver person centred care to adults in their own home to reablement goals you have set
  • You will be making a big difference to those in crisis in their own homes
  • You will receive excellent support and supervision with career progression options.
  • You will need

  • to be confident leading a team and making decisions to enhance customer lives and the service
  • to have excellent communication skills within the Home First team
  • to have resilience under pressure and the ability to remain positive and professional when challenged.
