About Our Client:
A leading and reputable organisation in the property industry, specialising in providing exceptional services in property management, consultancy, and investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.
- Perform credit checks and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
- Monitor debtor balances and negotiate payment plans when necessary.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on debt collection activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of credit control policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of credit control processes and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach to debt collection.
