My client is looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to work in their therapeutic Children's Home for girls.
About my client:
They are a reputable and growing organisation, established since 2006. They specialise iin providing therapeutic residential care and education for children and young people – caring for, and supporting children, with emotional behavioural difficulties and other complex needs. The home is for four females aged between 8 to 17 years. They also have a DfE registered school onsite.
They pride themselves on providing safe, consistent, warm and homely therapeutic environments; placing a strong emphasis on genuine relationship-based work.
You must have a minimum of 3 years experience as and Ofsted Registered Manager holding your Level 5 Health & Social Care in Management.
