    Salary:
    £53,000 to £58,000 per annum plus, an annual performance-based bonus of up to £10k

    This is a Permanent Contract, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with an expectation to travel as and when required.

    Situated in the picturesque South Hams region of Devon, Wash Farm serves as the cornerstone of our face-to-face sales operations at Riverford.

    Although we will consider remote applications, we encourage spending at least one day a week with us on-site.

    These sales focused brand ambassadors work across the UK in towns and cities, country shows and big events to bring new customers into the business.

    What you'll be doing...

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the evolution and performance of the Face-to-Face (F2F) sales team in line with our brand and commercial growth ambition.
    • The Riverford F2F channel began in 2014 and is responsible for ~40% of our new customers each year. With one of the most well established F2F teams in the country, our co-owner sales team are unique and incredibly passionate about food, farming, and the planet.
    • We are looking for someone to take on the task of evolving the established F2F team, the role it plays as an acquisition channel but explore a new direction to meet a changing D2C landscape over the next 5-10 years.
    • We're looking for an individual with a passion for sales and an enthusiasm for team development to lead a high-performance team. An aptitude for insight, relationship building and an of understanding of the customer is a must.
