A well-respected global business is looking for 2 Data Migration Analysts to join its growing pensions provider department.These are both new roles and this could be an exciting opportunity to join a global business with excellent progression and developmentopportunities.
They have an office based in Sheffield and are offering this as a fully remote opportunity.This would suit someone with previous SQL and migrations experience or someone who has strong Excel skills for data manipulation and would be happy to be trained on SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and propose solutions according to their unique needs
- Write SQL queries to migrate data from third parties to internal systems accurately
- Use Excel to manipulate data
- Guide members of the team on best coding practise
Experience:
- Must have experience of data migration methodologies: data mapping, data mining and data quality analysis
- Demonstrate good knowledge of writing SQL queries and usage of MS SQL Server for large datasets or have a strong background in using Excel for data manipulation
- Any exposure to financial services or pensions would be very beneficial
