    The Centre for Wireless Innovation in EEECS at Queen's University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Fellow to work for the prestigious ERC Consolidator Grant BEATRICE, led by Professor Michalis Matthaiou.

    The successful candidate will work on modelling, transceiver design, wireless power transfer and optimization of near-field communications.

    The candidate will join a vibrant research group of 75 people, including 13 academics. The candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to the research activities of the new Queen's Momentum One Zero (M1.0).

    The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:

  • Have, or be about to obtain, a PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • Research experience in massive MIMO, reconfigurable intelligent surfaces. wireless power transfer, communication theory, optimization or related area.
  • Evidence of strong publication record commensurate with stage of career.
