The ideal candidate for our client would be motivated, self-sufficient, enthusiastic with a passion for property.

Principle Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator * Effectively handle all enquiries, whether in the office, via telephone or email * Working with Landlords to let properties and assist in the development of the company's portfolio * Maximise all Lettings and Sales Opportunities * Win listings and tout for new business * Negotiate property sales and effectively manage through to completion * Provide customer servicePerson specification for the Lettings Negotiator:

• Preferred Letting Experience in a property market
• Target Driven
• Arla qualified would be desirable
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Friendly and positive
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Multitask and manage requirementsThis is a full-time permanent position as a Lettings Negotiator offering an annual salary of up to £23,000 – £27,000 (DOE). 22 Days holiday and pension.
