    The successful SDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities at the top of the funnel and work closely with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities.

    Working within the Brands & Agency team, you'll be responsible for identifying and sourcing leads with brands & agencies that partner with sports teams and leagues, alongside the agencies they work with.

    As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, building new relationships, and setting their sales closers up for success.

    Work Location - The successful candidate will be required to work from Genius's office in Soho, London for a minimum of 3 days per week (currently Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).

    Generating leads and building relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales opportunities to develop
    Introducing prospects to this world-class product and delivering the message that we're on a mission to help businesses achieve consistent high performance
    Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline and identifying best practices
    Leveraging the use of outbound calling, video, LinkedIn, email & other social channels to build a wide commercial network
    Contributing to building and refining the outbound strategy to optimise sales efficiency
    Bachelor's degree preferred
    Ideally has experience working with global brands and agency partners
    One year B2B outbound sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead generation targets
    High level of technical proficiency at Excel/Salesforce or other CRM systems
    Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
    Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation
    Highly organised and data-driven
    Understanding of advertising agencies and network structure is a plus
