Position:
Internal Sales Agent


Salary:
£11.28 p/h (approx. £22000 pa)


Contract:
Temporary Contract. Start ASAP to June 2023 (opportunity to go perm or extend contract)


Location:
Warwick. Office based.


Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00/9:00-17: hours p/w

Internal Sales Agent Duties:


  • Add prospect data to CRM database
  • Answer enquiries relating to Gas requirements
  • Follow up leads relating to recent measurement & costing appointments/site visits
  • Make appointments for the Field Sales colleagues
  • Make cold calls to prospects (including commercial customers but mainly domestics customer)
  • Contact customers with post appointments surveys

Internal Sales Agent Person specification:


  • Relevant experience within the Energy Market (LPG) would be highly advantageous
  • Previous sales experience is essential (B2C or B2B, product or service)
  • Experience of dealing with and managing customer complaints
  • Some admin experience is essential
This is an office based sales role supporting field sales professionals
