Responsibilities:


  • To develop and grow the Company's commercial effectiveness by adding knowledge and value to our product range, increasing customer satisfaction and sales, focussing primarily (but not exclusively) on the Mobility & Dermatology domains across vet and retailchannels.
  • To lead and provide veterinary technical support to our external customers and veterinary knowledge to the commercial teams within the organisation to maintain and improve the quality and frequency of customer contact.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key customers, industry opinion leaders and industry bodies.
  • Support with business objectives through the development and implementation of the technical services strategy.
  • Keep uptodate with advancements in current and future clinical knowledge and trends in strategic domains (especially Mobility & Dermatology) in order to shape the Company's future strategy.
  • Maintains departmental housekeeping and environmental standards
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested by management

About You:


  • Educated to degree level in Veterinary Medicine (MRCVS)
  • 23 years' experience in UK veterinary practice is essential
  • 2 years' + industry experience in mobility & dermatology domains is essential
  • Experience (and understanding of) of the UK commercial environment & customer landscape
  • Previous experience in coaching or training is preferred
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities
