In this exciting and challenging role, you'll gather information to analyse business problems and identify solutions and opportunities for change and improvement.

You will specify system changes and carry out user acceptance testing on the passenger revenue accounting system.

We're looking for multi-tasking, flexible and agile self-starters with an eagerness to learn, to support the Finance Services team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Design system changes
  • Develop system test plans and carry them out.
  • Analyse input and output files using SQL and file editing.
  • Assess industry and commercial changes impacting the passenger revenue accounting system and propose the changes necessary.
  • Identify ticket sales reporting anomalies and structural errors and propose solutions.
  • Proactively and constructively challenge the way things are done.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
