    The role:
    Recruitment Executive

    An exciting opportunity to join the Recruitment Team, who are responsible for the effective and timely delivery of the candidate end to end referencing journey.

    The Recruitment Executive role is responsible for overseeing various recruitment tasks with a focus on compliance and high standards.

    This includes processing candidate referencing, coordinating background checks, and providing administrative support.


    What you'll do:
    On time, accurate and compliant processing of:

    Candidate Referencing and additional checks including Airport Gateway.
    Working with third party suppliers to ensure candidate referencing is in line with agreed policy, processes and standards.

    Assist in the coordination and completion of Security Interviews, Criminal Records Checks, Overseas Criminal Record Checks and Enhanced Criminal Records Checks as required by BA Policy.

    May be required to act as BA and Airport Authority signatory for verification of references to support security pass issue.

    What you'll bring to

    British Airways:
    Attention to detail and determined to get things right first time.
    Highly collaborative, able to work with others to deliver the best service to our candidates.
    Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional approach.
    Strong interpersonal skills, understands their impact on others and uses a range of styles of influence.


    Your experience:
    Experience of working to standard operating procedures
    Working with third party supplier to ensure high levels of performance.
    Experience of Recruitment processes (desirable)
    Knowledge of compliance requirements including GDPR and those defined by BA, DfT, other regulatory bodies and airport authorities.
