Business Transformation Change Manager - SC Cleared

Location:
Hybrid (London)

Duration: 6 Months (with possible extensions)

Clearance:
SC Clearance required

Rates:
£400 - £450 per day

IR35 Status:

OUTSIDE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a Business Change Plan
  • Lead the design of change management activities in the business and manage their delivery using a structured methodology
  • Establish and implement the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships and manage their expectations to meet underlying business needs
  • Work with the business to optimize the timing, scale, and method of releasing project and change deliverables into business operations
  • Actively seek feedback from affected areas of the business and use this to inform future approaches to change management
  • Ensure that the affected business areas are supported through transition phases and that activities and measures are in place to reinforce new ways of working
  • Prepare affected business areas for the transition to new ways of working
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop effective and appropriate communications
  • Provide feedback to the Project Managers and Programme Manager on benefits realization and risks
  • Work with specialists to develop appropriate training materials to support change activities
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile Delivery methodologies
