    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join my clients team as a Customer Service Administrator.

    As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.

    This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.


    Duties:
    Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information about products, services, and promotionsAssist customers with order placement, returns, and exchangesUpsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experienceHandle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skillsPerform data entry tasks accurately and efficientlyMaintain customer records by updating account informationCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issuesExperience:Previous experience in a customer service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsAbility to handle high-volume phone calls while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquetteProficient in data entry and computer skillsIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you
