Description

To be directly accountable for the continual operational management of Orthopaedics, in relation to staffing arrangements, the management of theatre lists, resource use (including supplies and equipment), maintaining professional and clinical standards, Line management, staff compliance to policies and procedures, and supporting the teaching and induction of staff to provide an effective learning environment.

The post holder will also be expected to provide clinical leadership to staff within the designated specialist area, and wider theatre team.

The post holder would be responsible for Orthopaedic Theatres across to Theatre complexes in RHCH

This position is an exciting opportunity for a permanent role within RHCH Theatres Orthopaedic scrub team.
