Renewals Co-ordinator - Hybrid working between Chelmsford and Home

Lettings experience preferred - Full training will be provided

Salary package up to £26k based on relevant experience and bonuses


5 full days a week
  • Monday to Friday
- 8.30am to 5.30pm

  • Liaising between landlords and who are both keen to renew their current tenancy for a further fixed term period
  • Negotiating new levels of rent and any specific terms beyond our standard agreement.
  • The ability to communicate confidently by telephone will be essential
  • Must also be well organised and capable of working efficiently to specific deadlines.
No face-to-face contact with customers, as all negotiations will be initiated either by telephone or electronically.

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
