We manufacture our board products in our Colchester, UK based factory to meet the highest level of inspection standards for long life cycle, reliable operation.
Our products are used by many of the world's leading integrators within the Defence, Security, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Transportation, Medical and Industrial markets and are designed to be operated in a range of temperatures and environments from benign to extreme rugged.
We are supported by a world-wide network of distributors and manufacturers' representatives to ensure that local support is always available to our customers.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Customer Services Administrator will play a pivotal role in providing excellent customer care, whilst also supporting the wider operations team in achieving orders and deliverables.
What will I be doing?
- Going the extra mile to meet customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales representatives and coordinate salesrelated activities
- Coordinating multifaceted teams in meeting customer deadlines/requirements (including Global Sales Team, Supply Chain, Export, Production, etc.)
- Providing status/delivery updates to our global customer base.
- Coordinating complex orders & repairs through internal systems.
- Checking & approving internal sales orders.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Excellent customer care.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
Technical skills and qualifications
- Must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
