    Description

    Concurrent Technologies designs a range of high-performance Intel processor boards, switches, networking, storage and software products for use in embedded computing solutions.

    We manufacture our board products in our Colchester, UK based factory to meet the highest level of inspection standards for long life cycle, reliable operation.

    Our products are used by many of the world's leading integrators within the Defence, Security, Aerospace, Telecommunications, Transportation, Medical and Industrial markets and are designed to be operated in a range of temperatures and environments from benign to extreme rugged.

    The company operates facilities in Colchester and Theale in the United Kingdom and Woburn, MA in the United States.

    We are supported by a world-wide network of distributors and manufacturers' representatives to ensure that local support is always available to our customers.

    Concurrent Technologies is a public company, quoted on AIM on the London Stock Exchange.

    Your mission will be central to the Electronics Lab where multiple disciplines are working concurrently: Electronics, Customer support, Software, Mechanical, and Systems.

    You will be involved with cutting edge rugged and reliable products with a need to assemble products for engineering development and test setups to support the verification of these products.

    You will assist with testing the products and debugging a variety of issues that require a sound problem-solving mindset.

    You will be responsible for managing the lab to track, maintain, and service equipment as needed.

    As part of this key role, you will help to identify where replacement equipment is required, additional equipment to support increased capacity, and new equipment to support our latest cutting-edge products.

    For this role, you will need soldering skills to create wiring looms and modify board configurations.

    As part of this role, you will receive training to help you grow and develop your skillsets to help with your success in the role.

    Experience in an electronics Lab or manufacturing environment

    Basics on using a computer (Word, Excel)
