    Catastrophic Injury - Paralegal– Manchester: An outstanding opportunity to join an internationally recognised team in the realm of large loss and complex injury.

    Previous experience:
    Demonstrated proficiency and comprehension of the litigation process. Exposure to a diverse and distinctive caseload.

    This distinctive role offers involvement in high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims, including collaboration on multi-million-pound cases involving brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatalities.

    As a member of the Complex Injury Claims Team, you will undertake a range of file handling tasks including:

    Preparation, filing, and service of court documents, along with diary management for court orders and hearing dates.
    Coordination with insured individuals, witnesses, and experts.
    Drafting witness summons.
    Examination of medical records, photographic evidence, and surveillance footage, along with the drafting of comprehensive summaries.
    Maintenance of legal privilege and ensuring GDPR compliance.

    This position is ideal for an individual with previous experience in a paralegal or similar role within a personal injury team, aspiring to refine their skills and advance their career in complex injury claims.


    The ideal candidate will also:
    Possess a thorough understanding of the litigation process.
    Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, particularly when managing repetitive tasks.
    Demonstrate effective telephone and communication skills across various levels.
    Maintain composure under pressure.
    Showcase organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
    Flexible / Remote Working

    This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for the flexibility of working remotely from home 2-3 times a week.
