    BASE HOSPITALS : The John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford

    WORK PATTERN : Full Shift.

    Main duties of the job

    This post will be for months from August . The successful applicant will be expected to be involved in the following:

  • Patient care: The successful candidate will be expected to undertake regular outpatient clinical activities including but not limited to – nasal fracture clinic, aural care clinics, emergency ENT clinic and otitis externa clinics.
  • Theatres – there will be opportunities to allow the fellow to attend regular day care theatre sessions.
  • The fellow may be required to participate in the out of hours on call rota.
  • In addition, there will be opportunities to be involved in the following for educational and training purposes:

  • Departmental teaching sessions
  • Clinical Governance meetings
  • Audit, Research and Quality Improvement
  • There is plenty of support to participate in projects within the department.
