about this role

This role leads the delivery of product and technical outputs against the squads, by ensuring clarity of and adherence to delivery framework as defined by the wider delivery community, as well as ensuring transparency of estimation, OKR's, and other squad performance markers is in place

what you'll be doing

Accountable for the teams doing "what we say we will "
Oversee technology delivery excellence for the assigned domain of the cinch business.
You'll be accountable for optimising workflow and delivery processes needed to deliver successful outcomes at scale.
You'll coach teams on agile techniques and to use data to measure success, inspect and adapt, and iterate delivery processes.
Risk & Issue Management, mitigation planning, and acting as escalation for the teams.
You will drive Squad Performance Metrics and OKRs, along with supporting and challenging estimation for the delivery effort, making available all data to Tribe Leadership via always on progress or position reporting
You will encourage the squads to share developments, learnings, and progress more widely across the tribe, and cross tribe, and you will endorse a truly innovative culture and mindset
Work with other likeminded delivery leads and engineers who enjoy delivering great products to the business
Use your technical delivery experience to help cinch achieve its goals.
Collaborate across the organisation with other engineering teams and the wider business stakeholders to help drive and deliver quality products
Help evolve and implement delivery and engineering best practices inline with
Make the right decisions at the right time, balancing delivery versus cinch goals

things we look for in you

Strong knowledge of product delivery frameworks
Strong Agile experience
Strong relationship manager
Strong motivator
Solid technical awareness of topics like:
Automation
DevOps
AWS/Cloud Platform deployment (inc Risks/challenges)
Excellent communication capability across all media
Excellent under pressure and prefers to work at pace
