Job summary

Medina Healthcare are looking for a dedicated and patient-focussed nurse to support the delivery of practice nursing services, working as part of the practice multidisciplinary team, delivering care within their scope of practice to the patient population. The practice nurse will deliver a number of clinical areas including treatment room services, chronic disease support/management as well as supporting the management team in the delivery of proactive care and organisational development.

About us

Medina Healthcare is a three Partner GP Practice, covering Newport and Wootton Bridge, with some patients living in the surrounding areas of East Cowes, Fishbourne and Havenstreet.

Later this year the practice will be working under the umbrella of Solent NHS Trust, who are also merging with Southern Health, to form a new, unique organisation - Hampshire & Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
