    Description
    *The Company:
    A Leicestershire Manufacturing Company is recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the business. Your main role will be to identify and secure new business whilst maintaining strong relationships

    *The Candidate:

    • Solid understanding of structural steel
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to build relationships with individuals at all business levels
    • Manage effectively reporting staff within department
    • Strong time management and planning skills, meticulous attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task.
    • Strong communication and planning skills
    • Excellent IT skills
    • Excellent financial and numerical skills
    • Good time management and organisational skills
    • Full UK driving licence
