SEN Teacher - (Mainstream Primary School, Intervention/SEN Provision) needed
I am currently working with a great mainstream primary school on an exciting new SEN Teacher role in the Cambridge area.
Starting from January 2023 or as soon as possible, the school are looking for an outstanding SEN teacher to join them on a permanent basis to work within a new provision they are creating for children with additional learning needs.

- Most recent Ofsted inspection was 'Good'
- Mainstream primary school
- Part of a highly successful and supportive local trust
- Benefit from a highly supportive leadership team
- Have a wealth of resources available to staff and pupils
- Ample onsite parking available
The Role (SEN Teacher):
- A new SEN provision is being created within the school
- Mixture of primary aged children with a main focus of KS
- Deliver sessions to small groups and on a 121 basis
- Line manage two Teaching Assistants
- Work closely with school SENCo
- Provide guidance and support to mainstream class teachers
What you will need:
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience within the UK
- Experience teaching / supporting children with SEN
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils
- Able to create tailored sessions to meet the needs of each pupil
- Dedicated and committed to providing high standards of education
- Happy to work in a closeknit team and line manage two members of staff
- Enhanced DBS check (we can provide this)
