This is a permanent, full time, 5 days a week contract. The role operates remotely with travelling into office once a month to attend company meetings.

A professional body based in London that provides a quality assurance system for those working in science are looking for a Senior Registration and Licensing Officer.

As the Senior Registration and Licensing Officer you will provide general administrative and project support to the Registration and Licensing Manager which includes managing their diary, deal efficiently with queries, and booking travel/accommodation where needed.

You will be the point of contact for internal and external relationships and enable stakeholders to have the appropriate time of the Registration and Licensing Manager, considering relevant priorities and maintaining positive working relationships.

You will also take minutes of all 3 Registration and Licensing committees and other minutes

of meetings as the business need arises.

To be considered you will have:

Experience of providing effective administrative support
Proven organisational and coordination skills.
Experience working independently. Experience of diary and event management.
Minute Taking experience.
Experience of CRMs/Databases, ideally Salesforce
Experience of using Excel to a high standard
Good time management allowing simultaneous management of multiple projects/priorities.
