At Frasers Group Financial Services, we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Compliance Monitoring Advisor to undertake second line of defence independent reviews to provide assurance and ensure the systems and controls are effective, policies and procedures are adhered to, and that all regulatory gaps, weaknesses and risks and customer harm are identified and reported to the business for remediation.

As a Compliance Monitoring Advisor at FGFS, you will:

  • Support the development of the annual compliance monitoring plan
  • Undertake compliance reviews to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability, regulatory gaps and weaknesses and nonconformance and risk using the approved Compliance Monitoring Methodology
  • Provide assurance of the effectiveness of 1st line quality assurance (QA) activities


  • Risk Management

  • Proactively and confidently identifying and escalating existing or potential risks

Qualifications

  • Experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment
  • Experience of working with regulatory requirements Excellent working knowledge of legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication, writing and engagement skills
  • Customer focussed
  • Strong in analytical skills and is pragmatic, and systematic in their approach #
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at an appropriate level
  • Attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and able to work as part of a wider team
  • Report writing skills
