- Providing first point of contact support for potential victims of application fraud, controlling loss prevention, and protecting brand reputation.
- Adhering to all compliance, governance, risk and standards, ensuring that the right outcomes are achieved.

- Experience of working within the financial services sector.
- Good working knowledge of financial sector compliance and governance, i.e., FCA, TCF, Data Protection
