Sales and Service Advisors

36.5 Hours per week (4-week rotation - Mon - Fri 8-8pm, Sat & Sun 9-5pm 1 in 4 weekends)

About the Opportunity
To effectively and professionally handle customer contacts across all channels, consistently delivering excellent customer experience and outcomes, meeting targets in line with quality and regulatory standards and expectations


What will you be accountable for?

  • Effectively handling and dealing with customer enquiries and orders across all channels, delivering excellent customer experience outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date records and systems
  • Adhering to all quality and compliance standards and expectations, ensuring customers are treated fairly in line with TCF principles

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience of working within the retail, customer services sector is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • Ability to deliver in a fastpaced target driven environment
  • Is delivery and customer focussed
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and professional at all times
  • High attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and able to work as part of a team
  • IT literate
