The role
**Multi skilled roofer
- carrying out repair and replacement all types of roofing to our housing stock across Redditch Borough
.

Key requirements

  • Install, repair and maintain various roofing systems including flat, pitched and tiled roofs to residential properties.
  • Conduct roof inspections and assessments to identify issues and propose effective solutions
  • Perform a range of general tasks related to roofing such as carpentry, guttering ,leadwork and waterproofing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times
- work on various general maintenance tasks as required


Skills & experience

  • Relevant roofing qualifications and certification.
  • Proven experience as multi trade roofer with a minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
  • Proficiency in installing and repairing a wide variety of roofing systems including flat, pitched and tiled roofs.
- strong knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Competency or qualified in additional trades such as carpentry
