Description
Our client provides effective legal advice to individuals and businesses across the Southwest region and the wider UK.They have won, or been shortlisted for, national and regional awards for their client service, innovation and corporate social responsibility.
They have been ranked inThe Legal 500,Chambers UKandChambers High Net Worth.You will work within the Dispute Resolution team and will conduct litigation including contentious probate matters.
You will also be required to help grow the volume of contentious trust and probate work handled by the firm.
At least 3 years PQE in litigation.Current caseload to include contentious trusts and probate litigation.
Sets quality as a prime objective in everything s/he does.
Fully conversant with Word, Outlook and Excel and used to working with computerised case management systems.
Able to work with clients who are elderly, infirm or have a disability.
This is a full-time position, remuneration is dependent on qualifications/ experience.
