Transactional Finance Supervisor

Taunton/Hybrid

Up to £32,000

As a Transactional Finance Supervisor, you will oversee a team of skilled finance professionals, ensuring the smooth execution of financial operations.

Your attention to detail and strategic mindset will be crucial in driving the success of the finance department.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of transactional finance specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Oversee daytoday financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights and resolving any issues.
Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be considered for this Transactional Finance Supervisor role, you will have:

Proven people management experience as a Team Leader, Manager or Supervisor.
Sound knowledge of transactional Finance processes at both sides of the ledger.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Microsoft Excel.
