DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ADVISOR - LONDON £42,000

No expense is spared in the pursuit of the most inclusive and diverse working environments across the world, and they are currently looking to appoint a proactive advisor to develop, implement and assess the impact of initiatives in their London office.

The successful candidate will be an experienced diversity and inclusion, or talent development expert, and will come from a professional services, corporate or academic institution environment, with current knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.

The advisor will be an integral part of the senior team, working on initiatives aligned with the professional talent pipeline, workplace inclusion and business support verticals of the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy. This will involve working alongside lawyers at all levels, as well as colleagues in Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Communications and Human Resources.
